Which website offers a better user experience looking for the postgraduate offer?

In this study of Sperientia: [studio + lab] ®, 51 participants evaluated the Ibero or Tec de Monterrey websites performing tasks related to obtaining information about their graduate offers. With regard to being successful in accomplishing the tasks, at the Ibero site 94% of the tasks were completed successfully compared to the Tec site, where only 77% of them were completed. Regarding time, the participants of the Ibero website took 126% (92.48 seconds) less time to complete the tasks compared to those of the Tec website. Usability satisfaction with the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire with Results from the Ibero website (M = 77.4) and Tec (M = 63.4) indicate that there is a statistically significant difference between the two. In summary and forcefully, the Ibero site, for our tasks, marks a better user experience (UX) than that provided by Tec de Monterrey.
