This report shows a modern heuristic inspection based on the Modern heuristic evaluation and Streamlined Cognitive Walkthrough proposed in the book Intuitive Design: Eight Steps to an Intuitive UX by Everett McKay and applied to the Kueski website. This study was conducted in order to identify the main problems of intuitiveness in a customer's loan application flow on the Kueski website.
