This report is the result of an expert evaluation of the IKEA Mexico store website, carried out by 3 research designers belonging to Studio B of Sperientia [Studio+Lab]®, with the purpose of analyzing and detecting possible flaws in the design of the platform, which may have a negative impact on the final experience given to users.
