This report presents the approach and development of a Chatbot for the iFood Brasil website. The exercise is based on a study conducted for the same company, focused on the finding of jobs to be done that are broken down in the report "Descobertas de Jobs to be Done: iFood".
The objective behind this exercise is to deepen and learn about the interaction dynamics generated by Chatbots and how this is linked to UX Writing through Content Design. In the same way, it is intended to link the archetypes elaborated from the jobs to be done found in a previous research.
