How do you fly in times of COVID-19 ?: Comparative analysis of airlines and sanitary measures

This study explores how the air transport sector has implemented health measures derived from the COVID-19 pandemic and how these are communicated to its customers. It includes the analysis of the digital platforms of: Air France, Iberia, Korean Air, United Airlines, Emirates, Aeroméxico, VivaAerobus, and LATAM Airlines.
It was identified that there is an important variation in the priority that airlines give to displaying messages about hygiene protocols, social distancing and precautions to guarantee the safety of their collaborators and passengers.
