Sperientia [studio + lab] ®
August 2020

In this study, 49 participants remotely evaluated the websites of  Amazon  Mexico or  Linio Group. Only 75% of the participants who evaluated the Amazon site managed to complete the tasks, compared to 81.3% of the participants who evaluated the Linio site. In contrast, for task completion time, Amazon site participants took 10.8% (18 seconds) less time to complete tasks compared to Linio users. Finally, the Amazon site had a better score on the SUS (System Usability Scale - 100 points max.) Questionnaire with an average of 84.06 points compared to 67.70 Linio points and this difference is significant.

Note: In recent previous study of  Sperientia: [studio + lab] ®  and for other online shopping tasks, we reported that the usability of the Coppel site was rated 73.5 points while the Elektra site received only 56.2 points on the SUS scale.
