This report is the result of a series of interviews where the subscription models and uses for services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify Premium, Apple Music, Playstation Plus, among others, were explored. The main objective of this study was to identify the motivations that guide users to contract these services, as well as the benefits and disadvantages perceived by them, the forms of use of subscriptions, administration with reference to the payments of each one of these and areas of opportunity derived from pain points to improve the experience.
