Professional Seminar on Service Design and Jobs-to-be-Done: Mapping and Modeling to Innovate the Customer Experience

Sperientia [studio + lab] ® offers professionals interested in learning and practicing the methods of Service Design and JTBD in order to make a transformation of the experience of the clients they serve. 

Within our characteristic scheme of Professional Seminars, for 8 weeks (4 of practical instruction and 4 of project accompaniment) and as part of a learning community, the participants in this seminar will learn the fundamentals that define the schemes of the design of services and the Jobs-to-be-Done.
