About the event
Sperientia [studio + lab] ® professional seminars follow a format similar to a postgraduate (master) level seminar where instructor-led participants analyze and make sense of each of the study topics. Prior to the start of the seminar, participants receive a reading pack that includes supporting printed material. They also receive via email access to three (3) textbooks (Kindle format) used during the instructional program. Each session has assigned readings that are presented by the instructor in a lecture (lecture) format and then the discussion is opened with the participants.
This is the fourth edition of the seminar.
- Mapping: Approaching Problem Analysis with Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD)
- Modeling: Focus the solution analysis with Service Design (SD)
- Redefining value with Redesign of Services with the JTBD approach
- Application cases in different sectors and service areas
- Strategy for integration and implementation of SD / JTBD in organizations
The seminar is taught in two weekly sessions of two hours each for 8 weeks. Sessions are held in the evening hours on non-consecutive days. Each session has assigned readings that are presented by the instructor and then the discussion is opened with the participants.
